In my twenties, I was ambitious but exhausted, stuck in a marriage that wasn’t working, numbing with wine at night, and quietly wondering why my life didn’t feel like mine. Then I heard a line that changed everything: “If you get the inside right, the outside will fall into place.” That one truth sparked a decade-long inner journey through divorce, reinvention, relocation, motherhood, burnout, health crises, and healing old wounds. Along the way, I discovered that this kind of transformation is too hard to do alone. You can’t create the container, hold the container, and be changed by it all at once. So I built the space I wish I’d had: a coaching experience that’s strategic, soul-honoring, and spacious enough to help women realign from the inside out.
